I went skiing in Iowa on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day and it was FREEZING! Not only were the temps in the single digits, but the wind was pretty strong, the sun was not out, and there was snow in the face the whole time. Brrr!  The skiing was fun, though, so totally worth it!
