Title: Has anyone ever bn molested as a child?if so does this effect u as an adult

Well honey this is a hard thing for people to talk about but you must be wondering for a reason so I will answer -yes. And yes it does effect you very much as an adult. I went to therapy which helped a lot. The important thing is to address it ASAP and don't let it make you a victim for your whole life. Address it, forgive it, release it and know that you will be a stronger person because you were brave enough to overcome it and not just block it and pretend it didn't happen. I had a strong spiritual basis as well-God is not only good but the best friend and therapist you could ever have! We are all here to overcome the world and if a person can overcome abuse and come out on the other side a loving soul with their innocense restored then you have done a very Christ like thing and it is important.
