Title: Referral Earnings Not Credited

When I woke up and logged on today, I have 4 new referrals that have not been credited to my account. it shows that they were approved. I opened a support ticket and they said that they HAVE been credited to my account. But they haven't. I should have 6 more dollars in my account. Why don't I?
