Very sad thing to hear. But remember to dwell on the positive aspects of her life, and not about the fact that her physical shell has been cast away.

My British grandmother died about 4 months ago, so I feel your pain.
-
My condolences to you also. My mother passed away in March of last year, so I know what you're going through.

I'm sorry to hear that. Be thankful you had her for as long as you did. Some people never knew their grandmothers. You are blessed to have had her in your life.

:'( im so sorry. one of my grandma's passed in '08 a day before thanksgiving, so i know how ur feeling. she was planning on making it to thanksgiving but my uncle found her in the kitchen on the floor when he came home from work. he sent my cousin next door coz he didnt want her to see that and he called 911 immediately. coroner said she died of a very fast and very severe heart attack, though an autopsy was never performed. so we dont know for sure. it was so sudden, it was such a shock to everyone. the funeral home was packed during the service, thats how many people she knew and were friends with..and all the family was there. everyone came from out of state.

86 years on earth... wow.
i bet her life was as fulfilled as it could have been,
and there wasn't much she hadn't seen. she was
definitely lucky to have lived so long.
the next few days, and weeks, won't be easy.
i just hope you have a loving family to get through
them with you :angel11:
