Title: Allow animated GIFs for our forum avatars

My avatar is a lot cooler with the animated version, but when I uploaded it, it lost its animation.

God, for this many people? All trying to do 30+ posts a month? The Bandwidth would scream *bleep* murder!

The servers should handle 20-30x as much traffic as we have now without any problems :)

Most people don't even upload their own avatar at all. You'd probably be the only person with an animated gif.
There are like 50 people here using that Bob Marley avatar <_<
