Kohler,

You helped me with the problem I had earlier of my account being restricted. Reason given was User Requested Deactivation. In my email I stated how it was wrong as I did not request no such action be taken. I have money on my account to be received, would be pretty ignorant of me to request a deactivation.

You looked into the matter and found that the error was NOT on my end and you did not know why it happened. I am really grateful to you for your timely response on the matter. And so far, any question or concern I've had here, you have ALWAYS been timely on responses.

I opened a Support Ticket on another matter regarding my account restriction but so far, no response.
Here is the problem I am having:

I went to my Offer Tracking page to see where I stood regarding my request for manual credit for the offer completion of Netflix. I got charged on Nov. 1st or 2nd (will have to look up saved email to confirm that). And still, no $20.00 credit from FC.

Now that isn't my problem now. The problem I now have is that my request for manual credit is in an Automatic Denied state b/c of account restriction! Thus far, I have not had one complaint about FC. But this has pushed me and I am NOT happy! My account being restricted due to a mistake on, not my end, but FC's, has caused that request to be denied.

Can you Please look into seeing if that too can be corrected so that I may resend my confirmation email for credit for that offer. Since the restriction was a mistake made by FC, I think FC should correct the whole mistake. Not just re-activating my account but all parts of it!

I am not a happy camper right now. If it were $1.00 or something I would not care. But we're talking about $20.00. Which I am still with Netflix btw as I enjoy the service for the price.

Please look into this matter and Thank-You so much for your time.

Sorry Mysted that you went through that  :sad1:  I imagine that was a frustrating situation, but as is true to form, and what we have been telling the members here over and over again, FC deals with situations as quickly as possible.  The proof is here!!

Thank-You very much Admin!! And no worries as s**t happens. Thanks so much for the timely response on this matter. I enjoy myself here and was just dumbfounded as to why this happened to begin with. But, it's solved so I am happy! :thumbsup:

Yes Madd, with patience & such, FC does do what they can to assist people. I truly am satisfied with this site.  :wave:

Im a sucker for customer service and luckily they do offer that here.

i kno everytime i had a problem stupid or not they have always responded real quick which is wut i like cuz i dnt like waiting forever to know something then i jus say screw it i dnt need help ya kno but yea admin is awesome her :thumbsup:
