could anyone pplease tell me why I never got my $5.00 bonus from fusion cash?  I completed an offer and received credit but the bonus never made it to my account!!!

I want to know why on my account info it says that my check was printed on Oct. 17th but was returned? How do I receive that check?

Open a support ticket or email support@fusioncash.com.  Only Admin can answer this question.  :)
