Title: Another referral question

So when you refer someone...I know you make $1 when they confirm, $2 when they do their first offer, and $5 when they cash out.  Obviously the first two are "one time only" things, but do you get $5 each time they cash out? Or only the first time?

Do you ever make any other money off your referrals?

Man oh Man, do I need to get me some referrals. $5.00 everytime they cash out? WOW! I thought it was just a one time thing, per referral.
