Right now I'm in debt, my car is falling apart, Im bloated, and my feet are killing me but yet I still find myself to be happy. I'm happy that I have a roof over my head and food in my belly. Im happy that I have a significant other that cares for me and I for him. Every day I find myself happy about one thing or another. Is there anything in particular that you are happy for at the moment? If youre in a bad mood at the moment maybe thinking about the little things can help you appreciate what you have and get your mind off the negative. It takes less effort to be happy and always feels better so remember to think positive no matter what!

you are great for thinking that way, and even though things are not perfect, I am defintly happy with my life right now, my new son makes everyday worth living for and my family is good, theres nothing more I could ask for. :D

4-HAPPY is a state of mind not a state of situation. So your happiness love is within and you are truly a rare breed of humanity. There is a gospel song called I WONT COMPLAIN and that is what makes me happy. My family is split but they are healthy and for most on the outside looking in thinks it is sad but it works for us in this moment in time. I dont have a job but it gave me an opportunity to go to school full-time. Now with my new found family at FC, we all are going to at least make extra change(although some make salary ;D). Keep your head UP! I love Jesus and he loves me. :angel11:

recent studies show that the older you get - the trend is to be happier - 50% is due to genes the rest is subjective - young people have more anger, anxiety, depression, financial problems, troubled relationships and career stress thus they tend to define themselves as unhappy - but it is really more fear than the emotional happiness - let go of your fears and you will be surprised at how happy you are - everyone dies - so be happy and do the best you can with what you have - when you're dead where will that fear go

my fiance tries really hard to make me happy,
and for that alone, i am happy and grateful.
to find someone who loves you at your worst
just as much or more than when you're at your
best... is a rare find.
i'm also happy and proud that we are stable enough
to be a young 20-something couple who has their
own place, cars, jobs, and have done it all on
our own for a few years now.
simple things also make me happy.
like listening to the rain, coloring, and baking cookies ;D

MY life isnt perfect, neither am I put I try my best to stay afloat.
Things that make me happy:
1. Being alive/waking up every morning.
2. My son.
3. Knowing that my son is taken care of.
4. Knowing that my son is happy and healthy.
5. Having somewhere to live.
6. All of MY blessings.

I learned one of the guitar parts to the .38 Special song Caught Up In You so I guess that makes me happy even though the song is quite simple

It makes me happy to see my cockatiel, Bubba following the cats around making kissing sounds and saying "Kiss me baby!", and the cats don't eat him.

what makes me happy is a whole bunch of things firstly my love she is always there and always forgives me when I make her mad cuz like most guys I have a natural talent for saying the wrong things in the wrong way and what not, she is my best friend and I dont know where I would be without her. my job its not much but the people I work with are one of a kind. and Aikido (japanese martial art) I have a great sensei and great classmates the list goes on but I wont bore ya

My significant other, his son, my dog, being on my own and working all make me happy. I love life and all the adventures that I can find.
