I like my computer better.
-
Laptop...of course that is all i have ever owned, so i may be biased :D
-
Laptops. I like being able to carry it around anywhere.
-
I dont mind either of them. I had a desk top computer for 3 years until my husband bought me a laptop for christmas. I must admit I love my laptop but I still like the desk top too and also use it daily as well as my new laptop.

LAPTOP! More flexibility/convenience
-
I have owned both a laptop and a computer. I like computers much more, even though laptops are convenient for travel
-
Both have their pros and cons but I would have to say if i'm home the computer, if i'm traveling the laptop would do wonders (if I had 1)
-
Laptop. It's convenient.
-
For me, laptops are better.
-
Have always used desk tops, but just bought a laptop.
Can't get a modem to connect to the internet (dial-up). Laptop has Windows 7 and all the modems on the market go up to Vista -- but not W7.
Hoping to get a download for window 7 drivers soon so I can see if the laptop is all it's supposed to be.
Love my desktops, tho.

I have a laptop and I love how convenient they are ;D
-
I have one of both. I love my desktop for stay at home stuff but having a lap top allows me to be portable.
-
I have a laptop and a desktop. I use them both. The laptop is more mobile so I can carry it and use it anywhere.
-
I have a desktop and laptop, and like them both the same... Maybe, the laptop a little more since it doesn't need as much space as a desktop.
-
definitely i prefer a computer.. i have one laptop too but seems to me to be more comfortable a computer, where you can use a mouse and sit down and relax
-
Laptop. On my precious Macbook : )
-
Both for me. I use my desktop most of the time but I use my laptop if I'm on the road.
-
I have a PC, but I don't mind using my girlfriend's laptop as long as I have a real mouse hooked up to it.
-
i've only owned laptops, and the first one was a hand-me-down from a cousin. it was a 5 year old dell, slow, counldn't download anything, difficult to watch any video, and way outdated so i really only used a few times a month. and even then i would only use it for a little while because my hands would hurt from using the stupid touchpad for the mouse. then my husband bought me a brand new gateway nv78, with a wireless mouse and windows 7. it is fast, has a huge screen, and i am on it all day long! so much in fact that he might be regretting this purchase! :) just kidding!

I prefer my laptops. I own two now and have completely gotten rid of my desktop systems. I like the mobility, but can easily plug my laptop into additional storage as needed.
-
use my laptop more
-
If I could only have one, I guess it would be my laptop, but I sure to like my big black powerful, faster computer. I think if you are lucky enough to have both, that is the best scenario. And if you are like me, many times they are side by side and you are working on both of them at the same time. lol

I don't own a laptop, because they cost more than I want to spend right now and I like to get into my computer and tinker with the hardware a lot. I am thinking that these newer "smart" phones may supplant both desktops and laptops. Has anyone tried the new "netbooks"?
-
I use a computer at work and my laptop at home. I like using my laptop because I can get comfy in my chair or sofa and go to work.
-
Laptop...Cause you can carry it wherever you go, but I heard they don't last as long as the desktop so :dontknow:
-
I just got a netbook and I love it. I can take it wherever I go and have access to my data anytime. I prefer the solid durability of my PC though.
-
I prefer desktops(computers) because i'm very rarely traveling and in need of a computer. I can complete simple electronic tasks with my iTouch :]
-
I would prefer to have both. Desktop to use at home and laptop for traveling/moving around. A netbook would be cool since its so nice. My current laptop is so heavy that I don't want to bring it outside since it's so troublesome.
-
labtop if u have wifi u can take it anywhere
-
computer, sorry i can do a lot more. :BangHead:
-
I have both but use the laptop more.
-
:cat: I like both, but the laptop wins out because of being able to take it anywhere.
-
I llike my laptop better.

I prefer my laptop, so I can sit on the couch or lay down on my bed. It's more comfortable. With a computer, I have to site in a hard office chair and that's it. There's no relaxation. Plus it's in my parent's room, so there's no privacy.
