I have a 2 1/2 yr old son. He can be BAD but he can be an angel.
Don't know you at all but a few things to think about:
1) lead by example.... if they see you raise your voice, slam things or throw things they will think it's OK
2) don't raise your voice
3) make sure that you calmly tell her that it is inappropriate behavior and there are consequences - no TV or time out or whatever works for her.
Our son WANTS to make us proud and happy and when he knows we are upset it usually upsets him.
Make your daughter learn her manners -- please, thank you, excuse me.
Spend a lot of quality time with her. Some of their acting out is usually because they want attention
good luck....

A two year old is not BAD, they are just getting your attention, and if you are yelling at them for it, it is working, if you ignore them, they will stop. They will seek other ways to get it, talk to them in a loving way, tell them mommy is not going to put up with that kind of behavior and if they refused to quit, they can just come and sit quietly beside you and not play, remember you are the parent, not them, and the moment they think they are they will run with it, you have to be firm, and loving.
