2 of my referrals were denied? Wondering why, or if anyone else had this happen?

That was my father and sister they must have logged in on my computer during my daughters bday party...will that affect their accounts?

Part of FC TOS:
Users must log in and use FusionCash on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a FusionCash account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your FusionCash account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other FusionCash user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.
Users must not use a proxy or otherwise attempt to mask or reroute their connection.

i havent recieved credit for my referral. when i open my account it shows my referral but not the credit i didnt break any rules its my mom and we live in different homes and use different computers password and email adresses she has a desktop i have a laptop could you let me know why i havent recieved credit?

These steps need to be followed in order for you to be credited for referrals:
Our referral bonus system is very simple:
1-Refer a friend who confirms his/her email address: $1 bonus
2-Your friend completes his/her first offer: $2 bonus
3-Your friend cashes out: $5 bonus
So basically, many whom you refer, do not realize that they need to confirm their email address. And as step 1 instructs, you get $1.00 when they confirm their email with FC after they have signed up.

it was my mom and she did confirm it she also has completed an offer and been credited for it and thank you for the tip on the cookies maybe you can solve this issue too

I know you have followed all the steps, so this may strictly be an Admin question at this point. But, just an FYI, even if she just happened to sign in on your computer "just once" or vice versa....it could still cause an issue. :dontknow:

thank you hopefully an admin will answer it because no one has been on this computer its a new lap top and the only thing i ever do on her computer is check my email ive never logged into fusion cash onb her computer either

Hey, i think your problem is that your referer didn't varify his or her email. . .it happened to me too. If thats not the case, go ask an admin. Hope you get answers soon! ;)

If anyone signs up through your referral link, their names will show up on your Accounts Page under Referrals. :wave:
You will start receiving referral bonuses as they confirm their e-mail and activate their accounts and that, too, will show up on your Accounts Page.
