Title: I can't use the messages system??!!! Do I have to get to a certain forum rank?

You mean private messaging? The administrators removed it a long time ago because users abused it and posted referral links to other sites which is a huge no no according to Fusion Cash's rules. This board is for Fusion Cash and Fusion Cash only! Look at the forum rules to see which sites are allowed or not allowed.

I know which sites are allowed and not allowed, I had no intention of promoting any other site that allows you to make money in anyway through the PM system. I knew they were pretty clear with the rules of the PM system but outright close it -_-. I want to share my faith with someone in private hence the PM system -_-.

Sorry, but this is one of those times where a few (or many, as the case may be) rotten apples ruin it for everyone.
