I agree. Just read somewhere ( wow, no short -term memory,lol ) that 90% of Federal possession cases are being dismissed from courts.

I think It should, but there consumed should be protected by the Goverment, just like Medicine that you can't get over the counter... I also think that all drugs should be legalized, in that matter the ilegal commerce of this susbtances will stop. It won't exist more business for internal and international mafias.  :icon_rr:
