I know walking, running, and weights are good but does any one have something they love to do to help with certain areas?

Dancing, it is so good at making your body nice, im not talking little sways, im talking full out intense sweaty workout dancing.

By watching what I eat, drinking lots of water, and exercising 3 times a week at the gym.

Agree with dancing, get a great playlist i like to jump rope my trainer had me do that

i watch what i eat and i am on the track team and also in the drill/hip hop orchesis team

dance, absolutely...I dance with a dance company. I also walk when I can, at least three miles at a stretch.

I eat plenty of Icecream, lay on the sofa, and get my exercise at last 6 times a day
by getting up to go to the fridge!

I eat 5 small meals plus one portioned meal everyday. I need to maintain my caloric intake at 2200. I have two small meals at around 500 calories each, three snacks consisting of crunchy fruits or vegetables, and one main meal where I indulge myself. I also drink plenty of water and walk 20 minutes a day. I'm working on moving that up to 30 minutes. :wave:

diet and exercise is the essential part for keeping a good shape. Staying away from sugar is the most important and if you are hungrey for sweets eat fruit instead.

I walk 5 days a week for more than an hour to get in more than 10,000 steps per day which equals to 5 miles a day. I try to watch what I eat, reduce portion size, eat more vegies and fruit. I also work out with free weights 3-4 days a week.

My favorite form of exercise is walking, but I like to shake it up with dancing, and exercise video or two and the funnest of all: playing with my grown children :D

I walk 6 days per week in the very early morning about 2 miles.

I have created my own 8 minute workout, and follow it 3 to 5 days every week as soon as I get up.
Push ups, sit ups, leg lifts, 5-lb flys, and squats. 24 each at a brisk pace, with stretching between each exercise. It is super simple, but gets the blood pumping in the morning, and keeps everything limbered up.
I am sure it sounds goofy, but I just turned 50, and I am in better shape than I have been in at least the past 10 years! Try it for 4 weeks, and it's an easy positive habit.

WII .... I know it sounds like a kids game but I am 52 and it is a lot of fun and good exercise. I have the cardio boxing and a few of the other workout games and they do help. I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back so I have to be very careful about what I do, so far this is the best I have found. GOOD LUCK!!!

I walk 3 times a week and I play racquetball twie a week. It's my exercise, but I mainly do it because I enjoy it.
