The last time I contacted support, they were very disrespectful and threatened to revoke my privileges. I am afraid to ever contact support again. Just wanted to let you know.

We provided you with ample information about the offer crediting process and our policies, which are also outlined in the TOS and FAQ pages. Yet you continued to open support tickets effectively asking the same question over and over. I'll admit that our response to your last ticket was less than professional, but our support agents are people, too, and also experience emotions like frustration. I do apologize if you were offended, as it was not our intention to be disrespectful.

Also note that I am not the only person who handles tickets. Though, I am the main one. In this case though, it was not me who answered your ticket.
