this site is kinda hard to find offers that are free that don't require credit cards or knowing how much your family member makes.

Hmm the ones that pay without knowing some of the information you have just mentioned are the daily click, my two cents and of course sign up for the daily emails. If you do not know how much your family makes try to make a rough estimate. I hope it gets easier for you!!
