Title: Star rating on forum

Does anyone know what the star rating means on the forum board. I know the stars under your name means how many postings are, but what about on the forum?

I believe that it is so you can rate the topic on your personal interest level.......kinda like the six flags tv commercials.......one flag is boring and the more flags means the more interesting/fun it is.
