Title: verification

Can someone please help me they want me to send a fax to verify my account I did today and now they are telling me that I need to do another one because the lasts one they couldn't read it or my name and address didn't match.I didn't want to send my ID because I just moved a month ago and I haven't changed the address yet please help me please I'm confuse. :crybaby2: :crybaby2: ??? ???

Visit this link to see other forms of identification that are accepted.  You might find one there that you can send.  Sorry you are going through this but it does happen sometimes.   :dontknow:

also. you can go online to update your id. they will send you out a little card looking thing with the new info on it. then you could send that with you picture id. and be all good to go :)
