That sounds like it would work my husbands nephew did this without the honey and he did lose a bunch of weight. He also started to eat better but he believed it worked. :wave:

How does this help? Like is there some special reason it works? Is it a replacement for soda or something? ^_^ I want to know before I down a whole bottle of honey.

LOL on the bottle of honey..
I guess the warm water helps cleanse you. The lemon being citrus is a diuretic. I can see why it would help. And we already know honey is awesome for your skin and im sure there a lot of other things it's good for that I don't know about. :wave:

U got that right.. lol Im just kidding like I told my sister in law .. things are never as good or as bad as you may initially think they are. And as she came to learn when she had her first one she was just scaring her self and now she says if she had jsut listened and relaxed it would have been so much easier. :)

when im done pushing that big baby outta my !!!!!!!!!!........
i get to hold her and love her!...
i cant wait!..
im not doing any pain med!...
im going with out!..

Yup just keep a positive attitude and everything will turn out fine. Oh btw make sure you listen to the nurses even if u feel like u have to push so bad cuz u will it feels like u gotta poo bad .. just a little heads up..

How about less food intake and some good old fashioned excersize? I think if you just do both of these you will lose weight. :thumbsup:

How much honey and lime juice in each cup of warm water? Do you drink it once a day? It sounds interesting. I think I might have to try it. Thanks!

and this according to other sites needs to be raw honey, not the processed crap. bottoms up!
(but really, I have to agree that exercise and diet are the keys...)

That's usually what works. Diets don't work. Just need to eat the RIGHT foods and exercise. That's the key.

eat fruit in the morning and oats even if it cereal as much as you want all morning. lunch soup ,broth , salad.no meat no noodles or rice just soup as much as you want soup and salad just salad no meat.for dinner,no fried meat,no shrimp,no catfish. you can have chicken,turkey,fish. veggies. or salad all you want. no sodas, no milk. water only. i have a copy of this change your eating habbits. when i find it i will post it. but it work"s. Oh Yes remmeber to pray.

What's in raw honey that the processed honey removes? I doubt I could get raw honey in a grocery store -- so I'm only getting the processed stuff. Where do you get raw honey (besides from a bee keeper)?

Sounds great funny thing is we all know that this works it's just doing it that's a problem. I have started to write down my menu for the week making sure to have bright colorful fruits and veggies everyday I am going to start this as soon as I go grocery shopping. :)

I might try it, I also heard Flax seed - 8 full spoons on the blender with one quart of water, drink the water only - use as regular drinking water. May refregerate. This is very healthy, don't remembr the site, but just look for flax seed and it's benefits and it is all GOOD ! ( Blood pressure and many more .... )

eat from a smaller bowl/plate to make you fell like you are eating as much from the big ones.
