I have a whole long list of things I would do if I had that much. I'd give my father a couple million, I'd give at least a million to the NRA, and probably another million to all the Veterans organizations such as the DAV. Then I'd buy a farm in Virginia. I'd get a new vehicle, and try to buy a small island with a lighthouse on it, if I could find one that I could afford. I probably wouldn't have anything left after that. But if I did, I'd buy gold with it.

I would definitely pay off my debts and put at least half of it away where I couldn't touch it for a few years. I would definitely quit my sucky job. I like where I live but sure could do a lot of remodeling! I'd probably give a lot of it away.

Pay off my school loans! And get my mom that new car I know she wants. Thennnnn go on a few vacations and invest a bunch so I never have to find a job. :thumbsup:

I day dream and night dream this question all the time. I would definetly get a lawyer and accountant first. Pay off bills establish college funds for my 5 kids and 2 nephews, pay off my parents mortgage. I would get me a black 1968 Shelby Mustang a great big ranch with horse stables and enough land to run cattle. I would donate a lot to childrens organazations and help my church back home finish building their new building and then maybe open the restaurant I've been dreaming of for the last 15 years. I just would make sure everyone I love would be taken care of for the rest of their lives.

I would donate most of it to charities and animal shelters. I would live comfortably but not beyond my means. Open my own local animal shelter and buy land for conservation.

The first thimg I would do is hire a good lawyer, a financial advisor and an accountant. I am sure that this is the only way to be sure that I wouldn't spend the money foolishly, and that I wouldn't be "hounded" by people trying to get my money! :thumbsup:

Pay off all my bills. Make my credit good for a change. Invest. Put money away for my children. Go on a family vacation. But a house in the country. Buy a mustang.

I personally think that its impossible to spend 200 million dollars. But Id love to have it, I's pay off my house buy some acreage and build a new house, pay off my debts and then buy some new cars and spread it all around to my family and friends. Invest in school for me and my children, but the number one thing I'd do is quit my JOB

First I would get out of debt, then buy a house and a new car. I would help out a few family members who really need it. I would start my own business. Put some money in some kind of account where it could earn interest and/or make some investments that will allow the money to grow. I would also give to some charities. :)

I'd buy a house, buy a car lot since I have zero luck with cars (and hopefully keep the money coming in for what I want to do), start a college fund for my daughter, then I'd take the rest, starting out in my state and branching outward, and visit the major cities to visit homeless and veterans shelters to make sure the ones that were up and running had what they needed. My daughter will most likely be homeschooled, so she would travel with me. :D

keep 2 million and be set for life and use the rest to create a true charity organization that no one would profit from. 1.00 of every 1.00 donated would go directly towards people in need.

that's a lot of money. I'd be happy with just 2 million. to tell the truth I don't know what I'd do with 200 million. I guess live comfortably, take a week or two and splurge, take care of family, invest and find a few good charities to donate to. then wait around for the sharks to stop circling around me. ???

Me too!!...I would buy a really nice energy efficient home (I would buy my immediate family houses too) and start a business so I can pass it down to the next generation, so they would be financially secure.

I WOULD BUY ABOUT A THOUSAND ACRES OF MOUNTAIN LAND that is NOT on a fault line. BUILD 2 houses together like one house. One of them underground that is tunnelled back into the side of the mountain, and then the above ground house. Put a huge electric fence around the property with razor wire on top,
I would build a huge greenhouse. I would get off the power grid. I would buy gold and silver coins and bars. I would have a couple of goats for milk. Have some chickens and eggs. Raise some beef and a fish pond. Plant fruit and nut trees, and pick polk salad!! Ha, Ha.

Somewhere in the mountains, perferably near a lake. payoff my debt, and a few freinds. start a bussness in the city and buy a small condo there, for I love the city almost as much as the mountains. and see the world, slowly and as I see fit. last as a great dream come true make a room tall and round fill it with gold and silver coins, maybe even dipped so I could have more, and like Screwg McDuck play in my money

I would give a lot to a church. I know of that has a great preacher. Then buy me a little house, pay all my bills. Then get my legs fixed.

First of all, I would pay off the house and all loans. Then I would give each immediate family member a huge chunk. Then I would give the church a huge chunk. Then I would give Hospice and other charities a huge chunk. THEN, I would buy about 10 acres and build a modest house right smack in the middle and become a hermit.

I would find a peaceful blue-collar middle class neighborhood and move into it (preferably one by a lake with many bike paths/trails). Then I would just enjoy the rest of my time on earth. I wouldn't have any friends, family, or acquaintances. It would just be me and my thoughts. That is my ultimate fantasy.

3rd-Family(more specifically, My brother with HIV, my parents,my inlaws)
4th-Me and My husband and whatever the hell we want to do with it!!!Which would be new house with room for my little girl to run and play(not too much of course, I think some people jump the gun on that sort of thing, especially when they win the lottery!) new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited w/lift kit- fat rock crawlin' tires, Off road capable~ for husband. For myself~New Dodge Ram 1500 w/crew cab-and a HEMI-all kinds of decked out w/kc lights, big muddin' tires (not jacked up!!) rear tilt, jet black@ a gun rack!!! Groceries out the ying~yang!!! New tattoos EVERYWHERE!!!!(okay, maybe not everywhere, I'm just sayin', long time coming!)Get a puppy for my little girl!!(She says the word constantly now!!!)Get our cats a day at a Kitty Spa, or something!!! Finally buy myBleach Youruchi Shinigami Cosplay outfit for Halloween, and have a party w/ my family!!!(Yea-halloween would be tight!!!)
Oh yea! I have always wanted to have a shot gun too!!(guess that goes with the gun rack in the truck!)
5th-Then we would take a trip to Centerville, Iowa and Hook up our Uncle Kerry and buy out the farm that he rents , so he can finally own it himself, because its just right!!! He's put so much into it for so many years, (raising Cattle, rebuilding the old farm houses, sheds-ect) its a magical place, and it wouldn't be the same if anyone else owned it! As much work as he has done, he deserves it outright! Besides~that's our hangout man!! It's our "Iowa family Hedquarters!" so to speak!!! I'm talkin' bonfires, perfect weather, family gossip-but I digress!
6th-invest and save! If there is any left!!!

I would give some poorer friends (mainly fellow musicians and family friends) money to fix up their houses get new cars (or in ones case a few sets of harp strings). Then I would donate to charity and pay off my own debts, then live mainly off of interest (as well as current job).
