Title: Why haven't I received credit for a referral?

Hi,
I haven't received credit of 2$ for a referrals yet for completing their first survey.... I ask them and they told me they did complete  first survey but I was never credited for that... So...that makes me really thinking shall I go further of referring a new friends and would this the same happen when they going to CashOut with the 5$ bonus... 
And not only that but this way I ask my self can I trust FC in the future when I refer other people then my friends where I am not able or willing to check did they complete   or not their first survey or did they CashOut. :confused1:
I did however received a 1$ email confirmation bonus. :-

You have 3 referrals. One you have 2 bonuses on, one is outside of the US - so you will not recieve anything, and the other you got one bonus on and has not gotten credit for an offer yet to get the other bonus.
