everytime i do those surveys whether its for $1, $0.60, etc.. it keep saying " sorry you not qualify ...." i take my time and do them honest and still same message...

Sometime you qualify, sometimes you don't. Has it been happening for weeks or just for a few days? I don't qualify sometimes for 4-5 days in a row, but I keep trying and I think I did all three surveys atleast once a week.
Keep trying and you might qualify sometime.

Each survey usually looks for a specific demographic or specific qualification in order to proceed. Chances are if you aren't qualifying, it's because you don't match the sex or age or ethnicty or location or occupation or a combination of several of those. Sometimes they are also looking for people who own something specific or use a particular service, like a cell phone provider. If you don't meet those qualifications, you usually won't be allowed to proceed, either.
The best thing is to ALWAYS answer honestly. They will eventually come. You may have long stretches of not qualifying, but you will eventually get some. Just keep at it and don't give up!
