So Mother's Day is right around the corner, what are you planning for Mother's Day? How are you going to help your kids get ready for Mother's Day? What was the best present given/received on Mother's Day?

i love buying my mother stuff she loves like first flowers her fav then a nice blouse or something then top it off with dinner and a cake x :heart:

I love to give my mom cash so that she can spend it on whatever she wants. She love it!

I just recently cashed out and I have done all the cliche things for mothers day. I feel like time spent together with your mother is the best thing so I am going to use the money I got from here to take her out to a nice dinner. And do some shopping also.

My mother passed away 10 years ago. :crybaby2: My dad still puts flowers on her grave site on mother's day though. Mother's day is also a tough time for my wife too. She lost her mom about the same time I lost mine but she was very close to hers. All she has left in her family now is her brother.

My mother passed away last year. My brother, sister and myself and some family friends went to the coast on Mothers day and spread her ashes by a lighthouse because she loved lighthouses. It's still pretty hard for us.

I will probably use my FC money to get my mom some goodies from Bath and body works and a gift card for her favorite clothing store. She never does anything for herself so I love doing nice things for her. Sorry for the people who lost your moms : ( you will meet up and be happy again one day.

I love mother day. It is one of my favorite days. My husband usually takes me out to eat. I am lucky my birthday is in May & so is mother's day. double whami... :)

one word "DIVORCE" I'm no longer a part of their lives. :sad1:
Hopefully I'll be making some kind of money or at least found a part time job. A gift to myself for Mother's Day.

Yes mothers day is coming up soon. I can't just wait till it is here. I am planning to have myself and daughter take my mother out for dinner and movie. She has been there for us from the beginning till now. She is a wonderful person. She will go out of her way to help someone. I am very proud to say how much I love my mother and that she is a part of our lives.

I'm hoping my brother can come and visit. If she's feeling good we can take her out to eat. I have a hard time helping her up and down anymore.

I'll be away for mother's day so when I am home next week I will take my mother to lunch or dinner during the week and plan to buy her some CD's she's been wanting.

I'll probably try to draw my mom something but I don't know if I'll have the time to actually put the effort into it. @_@ I don't know what I'd buy her if I have to buy her something.

My Mom has been gone for almost 4 years, and I do miss not being able to celebrate mothers day with her.
To all of you whose mothers are still with you, be very grateful and give thanks.

I ordered her some carrot moisturizer from Burt's Bees that she's been looking for.

Professional massage and brkfast in bed. Then waited on hand and foot for the rest of the day.

all i want for mothers day is for my family to do all that i do during a day and for me to sit in bed and read , listen to music , and watch movies all day without lifting a finger !

My mom died 3 1/2 years ago. I wrote her a message on the local radio station, though.
As for me, My husband has to work for a few hours and after that, I have no clue what we are going to do.

i get my mom a huge pot of flowers from lowes every year to add to her garden...she loves it.. :heart:
