I once was down 50 and was just drinking my way back to even. (Can't beat free drinks, even if they are weak!) And we were waiting on our other friend to get done with his roulette table so I sat down at a quarter machine and stuck 5 dollars in it to pass the time. 6 spins later and I was up to 70 bucks.

i went with only 40 dollars in my pocket and came home with 280.00 so hey not bad. i was happy x

I went to atlantic City with my dad, & I had $40 dollars in my pocket, & I play in the slot machines, when it came to my last nickle, I won $100.
I left right after....lol ;D

The most I've won was maybe about $200. The most I've lost was a little over $300. I usually go with a $100 limit. I only play blackjack once in a while I will stick a quarter in the slot machine and won a couple dollars that way. Blackjack is the best game to play to have any chance of winning.

The most i won was 300...the most i lost 250

A small bucket in Las Vegas and then a couple guys pulled the tap your shoulder and when you look that way the other takes off with your money. Learned real quick you carry a purse with a long shoulder strap that you have over your shoulder.

my husband and i in 1994 won 10,800 $ at a bingo outpost and then we spent it all in a month :BangHead:

The most I have lost is $50 which is the set amount I had given my self. I am not am gambler and hate the idea of losing money to people who are already rich and others are making them richer. :BangHead:

25 cents. I went to Vegas once and played a slot machine, lost, and walked away. I don't plan on ever doing it again.

Wow I know you were happyyy! My mom won big like that at blackjack a few years back she doesn't even like going but when she does, that's her game. She was up to $7500 and it was really late (4am) and she was a little tipsy and tired of winning, so she left!

The problems with Casinos is that they always favor the house. Even if you do win something, the hotel/casino tries very hard to get you to stay there and spend all your winnings (to try and win more) but because the odds favor the house, you end uo spending it and then losing it so the casino gets their money back and you usually end up spending more than you planned. :crybaby2:.

I lost $100 and played it back until I finally won $850. Some luck!

$196.10 on a 2cent machine in circus cirucs the one and only time i went o vegas. i was pretty drunk and was really just looking for somewhere to sit when i saw this 2cent machine with a really comfy looking chair so i st down dropped in a dime and hit max bet. when that machine started ringing a crowd formed around me to see how much i won but all i cared about was getting away from that noise! :)

Probably about $200 dollars, but I guess I got lucky, though! We were about to leave, and I told my husband:
"just one more spin"~and I hit 3 sevens. It was at the Isle of Capri in louisiana......

I was in Vegas years ago. I usually scooped up the quarters my husband "won" before he fed them back into the one-armed bandits!

My wife hit the jackpot on a slot machine once . . . a penny slot. Hey paying $.01 and getting $10 is a GREAT percentage!!!
-
I rarely go to a Casino, but when I did go I lost $20 which was to much for me. I am not a gambler and I hate giving money to those who don't need it.

Don't gamble. My time is too valuable being a mathematician.

Maybe that's my problem . . . I'm a math teacher by trade, computer technician/webmaster by necessity. I love the math concept of playing the odds, especially in poker.

I won $25, then lost $100.00.

About $500, but it was over 15 years ago. I have been casino for many years. Good for me.
