Title: Flash Game not crediting

Hello all,

I have completed the flash game several times, each time getting the required high score at that time. The last time I completed this offer, it credited me almost instantly. Now, its been over a week, and still no credit :( Maybe an administrator can help...?
My game code is- AJCHFZD

Since you have done this before one would assume you are claiming it correctly I went and looked and did find your code name with in the high scores. The best thing for you would be to send a support ticket.

Are you sure you visited the page where you can claim the bonus?  The link is near your 'name code' in the instructions.  I logged into your account and visited that page, and credit appeared immediately.  Not sure what the problem was...
