Unfortunately, I believe that there is. I think you can only have one account per household. You may want to submit a support ticket to confirm this though.

Only one account per computer or household they track your IP address and if you try to have more than one account in a household they will shut yours down, sucks I know but unfortunatly they are very strict on this

only one per household, he coulnt even do it from a work computer, cuz i dont think that you can even share the same address, but u may want to double check with FC

If you travel a lot, can you bring your lap top and place ads etc? Or do you have to do it from home computer? Also, I'm here in San Francisco. I signed up in the last couple of days and will be leaving to go home. Will I have a problem with my account?

if you have a net service for your laptop to where it's the same ip... i mean your isp.. not grabing no one elses then you will be fine. but if you have a wifi to where you are useing someone elses isp to get online then you just may run into a problem as if you get a isp that has a member of fucioncash on it, or anyone had ever signed in with that isp. then you maybe marked as a cheater as it shows more then one account for that isp...

Regarding travelling a lot, no you can't do offers from wherever you can get online, that's sharing an ISP.
As far as you signing up in S.F., and now you are heading home, I would open a support ticket and advise FC of what's happening, just so there are no questions when cashout time rolls around.
I always feel it is better to be safe than sorry. :)
