how do you find out just what your insurance covers,I mean i have never heard we dont cover that ,so much in all my life!
-
You should review your plan, they should have mailed you something.
Otherwise you can call and get pre-authorizations before you actually do anything.
-
Yea review all the information or ask your provide certain questions. Health Insurance will cover most cost but you may pay a higher fee for certain things
-
your coverage is likely to change annually - check out the plan on the health insurances website.
if you don't have a copy of your plan coverages call the insurance company and ask them to send it to you
-
You have to really ask the company, you need to sit down make a list of everything before calling different providers, and make sure the doctor you want to see accepts the type of insurance you will be purchasing.
-
Contact them for a review packet

Health care reform? What is that...I have coverage, it cost plenty and covers little, I avoid going to the doctors because of that. What do regular people, with coverage, do now?
-
The best place to ask is your insurance carrier. Call the number listed on your handbook or on the back of your card. They can direct you to the appropriate powers that be.
