Title: Shop at home toolbar

I downloaded the shop at home toolbar and did not recieive the credit.  What gives?  When I go into the credits it says not credited.  Why wouldnt I get credit for it?

Please help.

How long ago did you do it? Some offers take time to credit - it's not instant, even if it might say it is...give it 24 hours and if you don't get credit, send a ticket to the support team

I downloaded it about an hour ago.  It did say instant credit.  When I go into the offer history it says "not credited".  Will that change after 24 hours or so?

sorry I am new and still learning all this.
