once the referral says approved in my account for 1 dollar, does this mean it will automatically be approved when it is part of the cashout process, or can they change it during the cashout process, and make it not approved? Meaning that referral has been denied.
Or once it says approved after confirmation of the account it will automatically be approved while i wait for the cashout to be approved?

It should remain yours as long as everything checks out with your referral. (ex. - entered all truthful info, not outside the U.S., not sharing a computer, etc).
