Title: What's a support ticket

Can someone explain what a support ticket is and where I go to get one. :dontknow:

Go back to the FC site and click on Support on the top right of the page.  Fill out the ticket, click on submit, it will take you back to the FAQs page, scroll down to and click on submit again.  You should receive an acknowledgement e-mail if it was submitted correctly.  :thumbsup:
