Title: referrals

I'm new and don't know a lot of people that would be willing to try this.  Is there another way to makes referrals other than with people you already know?  Help Plz...

If you visit forum and it is not against their Terms Of Service in your account is a banner like mine below use it in your forum signature.

Or go to the local grocery store and make a flyer. It is perfectly legal.
