Title: Credited offers have expired, so subtracted from my account?
Post by: Ratzipped on January 08, 2008, 07:54:14 pm
I signed up a few months ago and was suppose to get a $5.00 sign up bonus when I cash out the first time.  I have been trying to get enough to cash out, but they haven't added any new free offers for me to do. I just noticed today that my account was less.  It showed that my sign up bonus had expired and so did one of the offers I did that was already credited. How can they take money away after they credit your account? Now I'm even farther away from cashing out!  I don't want to do cc offers or trials that I have to pay money out to do. I signed up to this site to make money, not spend.  I never qualify for the 2 cents survey, and they haven't added any new offers for months that I can do.  So I'm wondering how am I suppose to make enough to cash out if the offers I have already completed and have been credited, expire and they take money away.  I'm starting to think about no doing this site anymore. I don't see how people are making money on this site.

Per the Terms of Service, offers and bonuses expire if not cashed out within 180 days of being credited.

We realize that this policy may be frustrating, but if we cannot "close out" accounts after a certain period, our accounting becomes unmanageable.

We feel that 180 days is an adequate time to cashout your funds, since the minimum for payment is low and you can easily reach it by completing no-credit-card-required offers.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Just wanted to post a response! i have been on here a week and already have made 25 bucks doing free/ no credit card needed- offers they are there you just need to work and seek them out, and thats not even doing the daily survey, I am hoping to cash out with a 100 or more by the end of the month so kudos to this site its awesome, sorry I hadnt realized it existed sooner!
