Title: surveyhead issues

I dont understand why I never get credit for surveyhead surveys.  I have no issues with the other daily offers but never seem to get my credit for this one.  I finished the survey (took about 20 minutes) and it says it has been completed/thank you for your responses but I do not get the credit.  This has happened 4-5 times but I have never rcvd credit from this offer.  Any ideas?

are there any admins out there that can give some info on this.. I see quite a few topics started about this but no definitive answers.

i have an account with surveyhead and i have seen one or two times when i do the survey for FC  it will credit my surveyhead account   do you have a surveyhead account? if so check it.

I do have a surveyhead account and no, I did not get credit from them.  I dont use them very often anymore.

there has only been once instance where surveyhead
failed to credit me, and that was once this past week.
but its proven to be more successful (consecutively)
compared to mythought or 2cents. those ones are
always hit or miss, but surveyhead has been great to
me so far!

I usually receive my credits for the surveyhead survey as minutes after I'm done completing the survey. Your issue might be more complicated because you have an account with surveryhead. It will be a little difficult to know if the problem is at Fusion Cash or Survey Head. What I can say is I completed a Mythoughtcounts survey and never received credit for it. Maybe there is something about the surveys every one in a while.

With each of the three daily surveys, they have different qualification metrics, and also different metrics for weeding out invalid responses, "professional" survey takers, etc.  Each person has different demographics and different methodology for answering survey questions.  The end result of this is that your particular experience with a particular daily survey is going to vary from day to day, and from user to user.  You can't really assume that your experience is universal.  We do monitor the crediting rate (credits/clicks) of each of the offers (not just dailies) and although there is some fluctuation, it is well within normal & established patterns.

Still no luck with SurverHead.  It won't even route to a page when you click on it.  Something is definitely wrong with it.  Been like that for 2 days now....at least on my end.  Also, no credit either when I did take a survey.
