I usually have 1 of 2 meals: low-sodium bacon, egg whites, & english muffin (multigrain) or fiber one honey clusters & fat free milk. Coffee is a must everyday! Every other weekend I allow myself to substitute the muffin for a biscuit...no southerner can live without them!

I usually skip breakfast and sometimes lunch. I'm still on my college schedule unfortunately. But I LOVE breakfast foods. So any place that serves breakfast all day is usually A-OK with me. When I do go out for breakfast, I always have to have hash browns.

Ok, so... I am supposed to answer what I normally eat for breakfast... hmmmmm... I had to look up "normally" in the dictionary. I discoverd that it is broken down into three component parts: Ruel, Usual, and Ordinary. Hmmmmmm. If I understand the question right, I should determine, then, what do I eat as the "rule," the "usual," or the "ordinary," right? This is a hard question! The more I think about it, the harder it gets.... hmmmm... ok, so let me break it down some more...
What do I eat as the rule? hmmmmm... what does that mean? I'm getting confused... I just looked at the dictionary and it defined rule as "a usual, customary, or generalized course of action or behavior." So, am I supposed determine what is my usual, customary, or generalized course of eating action... wow... I need to think about this some more...
What do I eat usually? hmmmmm... what does that mean? What was the original question, anyway? Usual is something commonly or ordinarily used. What!? So, I am supposed to answer "what do I eat commonly or ordinarily for breakfast?" hmmmmm
What do I east ordinarly? Somehow, I have lost my train of thought. oh.... I get it, I am supposed to share with everyone what I eat usually, customarily, habitually, regularly, and as a general rule- for breakfast - right?
Well, that is easy - nothing! ???
