Due you use your blinker on your vechile or do you just wing it. I always try to use my blinker so the person behind me knows what is happening so they can go around or slow up/ whatever they need to do. Oh and one more remark most people could save alot of money if they would tell manufacturer's to leave off the blinker systems due to them never using them. I think they are just lazy people who don't use them. :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :wave:

i always use my blinkers for the same reason. i always hate when the car in front of me doesnt

I use my blinker if I'm on an interstate/highway and there are vehicles nearby. If I'm driving in town at night and no one's around, I get lazy. But generally I try to use my blinker as often as I can. However, I know some people who are exceptional drivers that rarely use the blinker. Or others who avoid using it because they've blown their blinker light frequently.
It's actually a slight pet peeve when people don't use their blinker and pass in front of me to slow down. It can easily cause accidents.

I always use my blinkers to alert other drivers of my intentions.

I always use them too.
It's annoying to have a car in front of you driving two mph, then sudenly veer off.

Using a blinker is a good idea to use, but I am sure that there are occasions where we all do forget to use it. It is important to use it for safety and common courtesy reasons.

I use them. As an avid cyclist, I have found that the use of blinkers is essential for me in determining what the cars behind, beside and in front of me are about to do so I use mine so that others can determine my movements.

If the goverment did not want us using them, then they would have removed them from all vehicles...

If I am driving in town and no one is around I don't use them, but if there are any cars or people around of course I do, someone could get hurt if you don't :(

I use my blinkers. Sometimes I don't when I'm in a parking lot and there's no one around though.

I hate when you are behind someone in a long line and have been sitting there for a while and just as the light turns green they put on their directional. That makes me want to scream.

yep I use my blinker..I get so annoyed when people don't and turn out of no where..Want to get hit then don't use it :)

I always use mine, and hardly see anyone use theirs anymore. I'm not sure if its just the people in my area or not but I could count the number of blinkers I see a week on my hands >:(

Where are you where you aren't able to see the blinker in the sun? Other then the sun itself.
Any who! Absolutely always use my blinker. Even when I know when no one is behind me. Someone can turn into my lane without me knowing. It's so easy to do anyway. It's not a labor intensive chore. If it takes just a flick of the wrist to ensure your own safety, why wouldn't anyone do it?

I do always try to use my blinkers, for both safety and courtesy for my fellow drivers.

My father turns it on at the last possible second and it drives my mother so crazy lol...I do not drive but I would always turn it on if I did.

I always use my turn signal. And it isn't always for those behind me... Usually it is the people in the opposite direction or on a cross street that need to know where you are going. I hate sitting at a green light trying to make a left-hand turn and have a bunch of cars coming in the opposite direction with no turn signal on, only to find out that none are drive straight through the light. If any of those cars had their turn signal on, I would've known that it was safe for me to make my turn as well. Even if the people are in a turn-lane they should use their signals; they may know they're in a turn lane, but cars in the other direction may not be familiar with the intersection layout and don't realize that all of the cars in a certain lane are turning.
I know its a pet peeve of my dad's as well. When I was first learning how to drive, that was one of the things he would always tell me about. Unfortunately I think his pet peeve has gone bad in the other end of the spectrum. In an effort to ensure he is always signaling well in advance, he tends to turn his signal on too early... Sometimes he turns it on a good block or more before he actually turns. I think premature signaling can be just as dangerous; the people may think you just forgot your turn signal and may try to pass you just as you try to make the turn.
