Title: Learned A Lesson

I want to stay thank you to Fusion support for getting me back on asap.

I am a Smartphone user and found out the hard way that you can not use it to log into ones account.  When I read deeper into the rules, it states to use only one IP address to access.   

So my apologies to Fusion Cash, because I am enjoying the site, and look forward to much more time online.

I know the rules, but I didn't realize that using a Smartphone would show up as a different IP address. I use the public WiFi at my local library, and so far I haven't had any trouble. But I don't know what would happen if for example, i was traveling and logged in at a hotel or something. I guess I better not do it.

You can use a smartphone to access FC, but offers generally wont credit if you decide to do one from a mobile browser.

The issue here is that the Opera browser uses a built-in proxy which is routed via Opera's headquarters in Norway.  So basically, you appear to us to be from Norway, which is not allowed.  I'm not sure if you can disable the built-in proxy or not, but that would be one option for accessing the site.  Otherwise you'd have to switch to a different browser, which may not be possible depending on your device.
