I don't think I received credit for my $5.00 sign up bonus, is it suppose to be with the money I've made so far with the surveys? Is there anyone who can help me with this?

It should be listed in your account page   

and if you go to your account page on your left hand side see if everything has a check mark beside it if not correct it 

account activation  your profile and telephone verification  should all be checked

You can still get your $5 signup bonus
Go to your Account Information and ensure that everything is filled out completely.
Then go to http://www.fusioncash.net/confirm.php?do=coreg
You will have to select at least one of the offers but then you're done.
You should be credited instantly.

You need to confirm your account if you've not received your $5 bonus yet.
