Title: How long?

I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm new and I signed up for Zooba through FC back in December, but didnt get the credit. I applied for credit manually but havent heard anything in several weeks. I did everything I was supposed to do, but nobody has been in touch with me to help resolve the issue. Is there something more that I need to do to get Zooba credited to my account? So far, everything has been credited except that one. I guess I just need some direction as to what my next step should be, if anything. I just want to be sure that I am doing everything correctly.

Maybe this will help. First did you receive the confirmation email from Zooba. Has the time expired and in your offer stats does it say request credit? If you have the email you must follow this guideline to submit your request to support. It may take 4-6 weeks from the time you submit but they do contact you if they need more information

This is how you must submit with the email header. Please read link

Zooba never sent me an e-mail with the exceptions of the ones for my book orders. Should I contact Zooba to have them check their system so I know the date that they received my sign up from FC?

Hummm I got credited for zooba about 20 minutes after I signed up and joined there service.  Are you sure you compleated every thing and placed an order like the offer told you to do?
