Title: Prescription Savings Card question

Can anyone please tell me how to register for the prescription savings card?  I click on the offer (with the blue banner) but couldn't find on the site where the registration was.  Thanks in advance!

I filled out this offer, received card and never got credit.  Wrote FusionCash, explained, and still nothing.  Hope everyone else has better luck than I did with this offer.

I have done this offer at least 5 times and NEVER gotten any credit, OR any card, or anything, but a headache. I really need a drug card now.

I did this offer, and i recieved credit, and got the card in the mail, but back on topic, the registration button should be on the top left or right of the screen.
