Title: Black Friday 2010! ! !
Post by: jfremont on July 12, 2010, 09:30:58 am: Okay, I will admit, my wife and i get a baby sitter for the kids and stay up all night and go shopping. We go to all the underground websites and start planning our black friday adventure as soon as the first BlackFriday ads leak in august or september. so I am starting this topic to find out if anyone else is excited about black friday, and hopefully start an exchange for when ads start to leak.

No No can not think about that just yet I want to enjoy summer, but if anything comes around that looks reaaaly giid and you want to share count me in I always love bargains HE HE ::)

Post by: Oryon20 on July 12, 2010, 11:41:41 am: I don't even want to think about the holidays yet. Geeze, we have over two months of summer yet to go. I don't even want to think of the cold weather and costs that come with the holidays.

That said, we used to physically go out to stores on Black Friday. However, in recent years, my wife has had to work the day after Thanksgiving, so it's just not the same doing it without her. Instead, I try and find some online deals. Websites are getting better each year with deals online for Black Friday. It beats staying up all night and waiting in lines in the cold!

It wasn't about having a good time shopping and getting deals, it was all about rude people hitting, pushing, and shoving you to get what they want! We now just stay at home! (Where its safe) lol lol

Post by: jfremont on July 13, 2010, 09:40:45 am: I have never been hit or pushed, I have never seen someone trampled. but again, i do my planning, I hit walmarts that are open 24/7 so that i can be standing in front of the items i need, and hit the reg. I go with family and friends our goal is to be out of wamart within 15 min, of the open, and beat the crowd to the reg. we will do all our shopping, then get home go threw it and return what we don't want latter that day.
