I love my husband with all my heart, but why are men such a big babies when they get sick or hurt.My husband fell and hurt his foot ( not borken) and the doctor told him to stay off of it a few days.which he needs to. But every 5 mins he want something to eat , to drink, give him a pain pill, give him the remote and the list goes on. I really don't mine, but he is like this even a little cold. Some time he is more work than my grandchildren. But like I said I don't mine, I would rather have him here with me than some where else and no one to take care of him. I just wanted to know if any other women out here go though the same thing,or is it just mine.

With my wife, she continues to do things around the house when she doesn't feel well.
She doesn't like laying around when sick.
If I don't feel well, I mostly try to sleep it off. I don't ask her to do things for me.
Yet she calls me a baby when I'm sick too.

when my hubby sick, he will not do anything. He would lay in bed for hours without eat, drink, or take his medicine. I have to make him to do all that stuffs.

It is also same case with me.... but my wonderful husband has good reason for it. He says "It is training for future kids"... But I say it is long time to go...

I think it just depends on the person, women can be "babies" just as much as men can. I am all for helping someone who is sick or hurt, but there is a limit. It can get silly after awhile to cater to every single want and desire.

Mostly because they know we will baby them reguardless. If you think about it we do it everyday to some extent. Its life as we have come to know it. Thats why we married them or stay with them. Mines a keeper he's my true soul mate.
   :peace:

I think women are more likely to act like babies than men.

Just punch him in the arm and say, "get it yourself, you big baby!"
Works for me!!!!!!
