Okay money is getting kind of tight, and I can just sit and type all day does anyone know of any data entry jobs that are legitimate. Key word LEGITIMATE!!! One that has a good response time on sending money or even a direct deposit system!! Can anyone help?????????

I'm afraid not...you have to pay to get access to data entry jobs now a days which totally stinks! :-X
I wish you did not have to pay to get work...that should be illegal!
Hopefully you find extra work and if I come across anything I will keep you in mind! ;D

I have a friend who did that and she said it was not worth it. She worked 8 hours a day just to make about $50-60 a day. She told me she wouldn't recomend it.

That doesn't make a difference to me its still extra money as long as I don't have to pay anything upfront or even at all!!

You can try going on indeed.com. Of course they have legitimate mixed in with scams but just make sure your careful and check out the right ones. They should have something there that will catch your interest. Good luck!

You can always try chacha but it pays little so it all depends on what you put into it. If you find anything else that is legit and decent let us know. I work for an at home call center love what I do but finding something that isn't a conflict of interest would be nice :wave:

IDK about data entry, but I've seen a few jobs on careerbuilder for work at home customer service where companies are outsourcing call center work to home based employees...some pay for all of the equipment you need (except for computer and internet) but they specify QUIET environment, which I don't have with a one year old lol...I think one company was telenetwork

I actually was looking for at home data entry jobs and that's how I found this site. One site I found that had quite a bit of information was one called "work at home no scams" (you can find it by searching those words in a search engine).
It has multiple sites in different categories that are legit. The ones that I looked at linked to a craigslist ad where you can apply that way. Other postings directed you to the actual company's site. Just so you know though, I am unsure how often the list is updated and a few of the links that I clicked on were outdated or they were no longer hiring. On the other hand, I was able to submit my application to a few jobs earlier this morning. I haven't heard anything from it yet (obviously) but I will definitely let you know if something does come out of it.
Just like other people have said, make sure that you do your research on the company. There are a lot of them out there that promise you make $500-$1000 a day but you have to send them a down payment of around $50 to get some sort of "training kit." These are most likely scams and you definitely want to stay away from those.

I have found with research that most data entry jobs, you have to pay money out of pocket up front and its not cheap and you often do not make that much money because you don't get jobs every day.

I have yet to find one. Most I look at are scams. They want money upfront. That is a big scam flag.

Thanks to all those that posted!! Still haven't found one data entry job or site that wasn't a scam I do very detailed research on each site if any of you find and/or hear of any I'll gladly research it and let you now my findings.
