2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup of brown sugar packed
1/2 cup butter or stick margarine softened
1/2 cup shortening
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
3 cups of oats quick cooking or old fashion
1 cup flour
1 cup raisins
Beat all ingredients except oats,flour and raisins on medium once mixed well. Stir in oats,flour and raisins mix well..Drop on cookie sheet in rounded tablespoonfuls.Bake on 375 for 9-11 minutes or they are light brown..
