Title: Why would hotmail mark Citibank as junk mail?

I almost missed an important interview because hotmail marked my citibank email as junk. I'm glad I was curious enough to look in my junk mail and sure enough there was an email from Citibank waiting for me. I couldn't believe hotmail did that. That's ridiculous, especially because Citibank is such a well known company. I had gotten all the other emails from Citibank in my regular email but then the one for the interview came and got sent to junk mail. So peeved right now.  :BangHead:

Do yourself a favor and get Gmail from Google. Hotmail is notorious for stupid stuff and viruses as well. Lots of opportunities on line will not even accept it.

Just make sure that you mark "Citibank" as a contact in hotmail.  That should do the trick.  If not, that one instance may have just been a fluke.   :)

i know a few people right now that need new hotmail accounts because they got broken into and people from other countries are trying to say the owner of the email address is in a foreign country and needs money to get back to the US
