Title: Online Customer Survey for .50 Cents Not Working?

Does anyone else have trouble with the .50 cent Online Customer Survey not working?  I enter my information and click submit and nothing happens.  There is a small string of text at the top left corner of the screen outlined in read that says something like "One Moment...Submitting information" but it immediately goes away and nothing more happens.  Does anyone else experience this problem? ???

having same issue.  even after 24 hrs
