Title: HELP!!

Why does it show that I have referrals but I am not getting credit for some? Are they supposed to do something before I get credit?

If you have referrals showing, but have received nothing for them, then they most likely haven't done the required things for you to receive your bonuses.

They need to confirm their e-mail address for you to receive $1.00.  If they haven't completed an offer yet (daily PTC and e-mail doesn't count), then you won't receive the $2.00 offer completion bonus until they do.

Keep in mind, that you may eventually see an offer completion bonus but not the referral bonus for a referral.  If they don't confirm their e-mail address, they can still complete offers.

Thank you, that helps a lot... I just wish they would meet the requirements now. lol.
