Title: No credit received

I watched video for 08 cents, no credit yet, yesterday I did the $1 survery,finished it, got the thank you at the end but no credit yet even though its in the offers completed section.
Is any one having trouble not getting paid?
My desktop's been down for 6 days now and I am working fromwhich I my notebook so sometimes Ihave trouble with posts. Sorry

I AM NOT GETTING MY CREDITS FOR FINISHING THE ADDS...HOW DO I GET IT? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!! :peace:

Make sure that you clear your cookies and see if you can get credit then

You might trying putting in a support ticket for your issues as well.

it has happened to me in the last few days. videos, surveys sometimes don't credit. since we always get credit for these type of tasks, never saved a screen shot. (I do that for special offers)
just be careful and do not close the page for another 5 min.If not credited after 5 min, take screen shot and ticket

I have the same problem with the videos and other offers.  Sometimes they credit and sometimes they don't.  It just depends on the day and the offer.  Don't waste your time contacting FC either.  They won't ever give you credit even if you prove via screen shots that you completed the offer.  You kind just have to move on!

I sometimes dont get credit for some of the video either.

I Say This From Experience...FIREFOX SEEMS TO BE BETTER FOR VIEWING & CREDITING VIDEOS THAN INTERNET EXPLORER!!  :thumbsup:

When you complete an offer, especially surveys, keep the browser window open on your screen for 5-8 minutes or so...
I've learned it helps in the credit process   ;)
   
Do NOT do too many offers back to back.....You need to give the Advertisers some time between offers to credit them  :BangHead:

i agree. i used to use IE but always had problems. when i switched to Firefox, i was able to view and get credit for the videos with little problem.

it makes me mad when i take 30 n 40 mins on stuff n dont get the credit

I rarely get credit fow watching videos anymore.  They used to always work and there would be multiple videos to watch but now they're few and far between.
