I have had this happen two times this month now. I got paid yesterday for my two cents offer and today I did not. I haven't changed my setting, and even went back to them after completing the survey and getting the congratulations for completing the survey, did not get my sixty cents, the other day it happened also, but yesterday I got credited. I dont know why this does this on here.

Just joined today but noticed that several of my surveys are not crediting either??? Since i'm a newb i'm not really sure how fast these normally credit so I figured I would give it some time. I did disable my pop up blockers and cleared my cooks as directed so idk...

I have tried several times to do the yellow book offer and I have yet to be credited for it!

OK maybe this was covered before, but I looked through the forums and didn't find it...
When an offer is not credited, what's our recourse? I know that we have 10 days to do whatever... does that mean notify Customer Service? I have the $7 booksfree.com hanging out there -- this is more than an "oh well" 15-cent clicker!
I know you don't file MCRs, but could you please tell us, once and for all, what we can do once an offer does not credit? I have seen the whole list of things to check (cookies... munch munch...) but am interested in getting my 7 bucks!

I know sometimes on these offers they have to wait on the company to pay them. I did an offer when I first started and never got it. I filed a deal and sent them a message, they sent me back a letter, saying they have to wait for company. Well the company, not mention names, did not come through, I am guessing, never got paid on that one. But I kept their service anyway, they say never sign up for something unless you are really interested in it, but I also think that the company should credit us when promised also. The two main daily surveys are still not crediting for me today, and I know my cookies and everything checks out, so I don't know what is going on.

Ive been having the same problem.
UGH.
:(
I pretty much just gave up on the surveys, because I too, would get the congrats at the end of the survey, but no credit.

so if we dont have credits, we can ask the administrator to check for us? ???

This makes the third one survey head not credit today either. So now this means I have not got credited for all three surveys, I know it isn't my computer survey head credited yesterday, why aren't these surveys crediting on here. I finish them, and it said thank you congratulations for completing the survey, no credit, I got my 15 cents daily click and 2 cent email but not paid surveys, I would have been cashed out way before now.

LOL, i'm in the same boat here lynn and still waiting to hear something back from support on this issue! I would imagine I have wasted several hours now in the last few days taking surveys to end up NOT GETTING CREDIT! Cookies are enabled and as you lynn, my .15 and .02 promotions credit instantly so idk... Not a great way to start for me after hearing SOOO many good things about this site!

If you are not getting credit, file a service ticket with customer support. I have filed them before and have gotten pretty quick responses. FC keeps track of offers that dont credit, so I hear.

Thank you. I have been doing fusion cash for a while and it is a good place. Only a few times in the past did I not get credited for surveys, but now it is every time. So I have quit doing them for a while. I will try again in a week or so, and see if anything different happens. To all the newbies don't give up, this is really a good place to make money. Hope they get this fixed soon.

Many times it just comes down to a company being reputable and ethical. If you did everything right, you should get the credit period, not just excuses and an answer of No. It also hurts FC because they do not get the revenue that they deserve also.

I just can't afford to sing up for offers that pays 10 dollars or more for things i don't really need on a fixed income.
