Title: Any successful diet ideas??????

Do anyone know any dieting remedies that one might be able to stick with?

The only thing that I found to work was writing down what I ate everyday and drank everyday and then also the total amount of exercise that I did.  That is what I learned from the dietation.  It was working and then my son got terminally ill and spending all the time in the hospital kind of set it out the window.  I am trying to get back on it since we are at home now and I need to get back down to my original weight.  Hopefully this will help.  Also drink lots of water and try to cut down on pop./

Diets don't really work. Life style changes do because if you're on a diet, you'll tend to give up. I am currently 5'4'' and 109lbs and a size 1. I drink six bottles of water daily (it works wonders on your skin). Most people make the mistake of thinking they're hungry when it is just dehydration. An average healthy adult should be drinking eight glasses of water a day but i think thats a little overboard. and then throw in fruits and vegetables. It is really hard at first to drink THAT much water but after the second or third day, you'll get used to it and start actually getting thirsty without it. But also remember that there has to be a balance of diet AND exercise. You can't just depend on diet alone. Good luck(:
